Hello! My name is Karen Brown, Lead Event Designer at Your Presence Events. Working with the vision of our Clientele throughout Canada, the USA, and the Caribbean, our professionally trained design team have been making event dreams a reality. With a passion for creating beautiful events and attention to detail, our goal is to transform your day into memories that will last a lifetime! We endeavour to make “Your Presence” known!

What To Expect
During our consultation, we meet to discuss your vision, theme, colours and budget to design a plan of how we can bring your vision to life!
Working with your budget, we provide you with a detailed quote outlining what is included in your custom designed package.
About one month prior to your event, we meet to finalize layouts, guest counts, and all design elements to ensure that all of the fine details are covered.
4. Decor Implementation & Completion
It's the big day! Time for you to enjoy your special day and let us take care of the rest. We install, style, and remove our decor when your event is finished.

Karen and Nat went above and beyond for the décor for our wedding! The space was absolutely stunning. From the ceremony arch with flowers and candles, to the table settings, centerpieces, flowers, head table and cherry blossom arch behind our head table, to the Love photo wall, cake stand, all the small details were attended to and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. The ladies are amazing and I would highly recommend booking them for your wedding décor.

Karen and her team were AMAZING!! When I first reached out, I spoke with Karen over the phone to discuss what the decor would look like for the wedding day. It can be overwhelming at first, but she talked me through everything and put me at ease. Presence is truly a one stop shop that does fresh florals, decor, and even chairs.
I had an outdoor ceremony and an indoor reception in Niagara, and Karen coordinated both very smoothly. She also was conscious of the budget and helped me cut costs where possible. Communication was fantastic. Karen always kept in touch by email even though I'm sure wedding season was keeping her super busy.
